Leon made a really interesting post to his PolitiCorps blog on “Ownership & Cooperation” in democracy a while ago and it struck a coord with my thoughts on business organization.

I feel a drop of warm liquid hit my hand. That better not be blood. I hear the hiss of air leaving a tire. Damn. On the bright side, I got excitement and an opportunity to practice.
